To create opportunities for visual arts education, developmental arts training, practice and career development for BIPOC individuals and low-income communities whose access is limited by socio-economic and systemic barriers – focusing on youth and young emerging artists; to educate the public about the work of artists from such communities; and engage in solidarity with other non-profit organizations and programming aligned with this purpose.
